The world was made up of many elemental kingdoms, each created from a different natural force. Among them, the Plant Kingdom was one of the most fascinating. It was a land where nature and craftsmanship worked together. By growing and carefully combining rare seeds, people could create almost anything they wished for. Furniture, clothes, tools, decorations, and even large houses could grow from the soil instead of being built by hand.
By planting and carefully splicing special seeds together, people could grow almost anything they needed. Clothes, furniture, tools, decorations—even entire buildings could be grown instead of built.
It sounded like a paradise!
Yet despite its wonders, life there was not always fair. Some people were incredibly wealthy, while others struggled to survive. Many poorer citizens worked for the rich and were paid not with coins, but with seeds they could plant to grow things of their own.
Far away from the Plant Kingdom, in the Cat continent, in a place called Cat City, lived a young cat-hybrid girl named Cata Cuthbert.
Cata was not an ordinary child! She had unusual violet hair, mysterious purple star powers, and a vivid imagination that often carried her far beyond the walls of the orphanage where she lived.
But none of those things could stop her from feeling lonely...
Years ago, her father had died in a war. Later, another war broke out, forcing her mother to leave as well. With no relatives left to care for them, Cata and her older sister Cato had been placed in an orphanage. For a while, they had each other. Then everything changed...
When Cato turned ten, a legendary warrior named Liona arrived and chose her for special training. It was an incredible honor. But it also meant Cato had to leave.
Since then, the orphanage had never felt the same. Every hallway seemed quieter. Every meal felt lonelier. Every night, Cata found herself staring at a small folded map hidden among her belongings—a map that showed a distant place she had dreamed about visiting for years: The Plant Kingdom.
One evening, a group of her friends approached her with an exciting idea. “We’re sneaking out tonight,” one whispered. Cata blinked. “Sneaking out?” The others nodded eagerly. “We’ll use the rooftops.”
At first, Cata thought they were joking. Then she realized they were serious. “Are you sure that’s safe?” she asked nervously. “Of course!” another friend said confidently. “We’re cat hybrids. We can jump farther than humans.”
Cata looked toward the rooftops outside. Her heart pounded. She knew they could get caught, but she also knew she was tired of feeling trapped. So that night, she followed them. One by one, the children climbed onto the roof of the orphanage. The cool night breeze brushed through Cata’s violet hair as she stepped onto the tiles. She looked down; the street below seemed impossibly far away.
Then one of her friends leaped onto the next rooftop with ease. “See?” he called back. “Nothing to worry about!” Cata took a deep breath, she summoned her inner powers to turn to her cat form. Then she jumped. For one terrifying moment, she was certain she would fall. But her paws landed safely on the opposite roof. A huge smile spread across her face. She had done it.
Soon the group was racing across the rooftops of Cat City beneath the stars. Yet while her friends were excited simply to explore the city, Cata’s thoughts remained fixed on the Plant Kingdom. Before the night was over, she made a decision. She would go there alone.
Cata waited until her friends were distracted before quietly slipping away. She pulled the folded map from her pocket and opened it beneath the moonlight. Northeast. Toward the harbor. Toward her future. Clutching the map tightly, she began walking.
Hours later, she reached the harbor. Dozens of ships rested beside wooden docks. According to her map, one of them was heading toward Plant Island, a small island between the Cat Continent and the Vallaria Continent. Taking a deep breath, she quietly climbed aboard and hid among crates.
Eventually, the ship began to move. Days later, a sailor shouted, "Land ahead!" Plant Island. At last.
The moment her paws touched the ground, she froze. Everything looked different. Beautiful flowers grew everywhere, and the air smelled fresh and sweet. “I’ll find work here,” Cata whispered to herself. At first, however, things were not easy. Surviving alone required much more work than she had imagined.
One day, while exploring, she decided she wanted a cat-shaped home of her own. She carried a small pile of supplies into town, and though some people ignored her, a wealthy man gave her several valuable seeds, and a woman handed her building blocks.
In the afternoon, standing in her little field holding a white lamp seed and a daisy seed, she wondered, “What if I splice those together…?” She spliced them anyway. Within a few days, a tree of lamps made of daisies grew! She spliced the lamp seed with other flower seeds and sold them at the marketplace for higher prices. She even extracted a white rose lamp seed and spliced it with a red rose lamp seed, growing a dual-colored lamp which she kept for herself.
When she gained a lot of money, she looked in all marketplaces until she found an unpopular shop selling a snow globe seed. While walking home, she noticed wealthy people wearing fabulous dresses and bows. “Bows... WOW... That’d be a nice idea! I’m glad I have a purple bow tree in my farm!” she cheered, extracting the seed and splicing it with the snow globe seed.
One afternoon, while searching for materials, she met a woman named Rosa who loved white roses. They chatted like old friends, making Cata feel a little less alone.
Almost a month passed. Then one morning, Cata stepped outside and froze. The snow globe tree had finally grown! Its leaves were deep crimson red, hanging with elegant snow globes decorated with large purple ribbons and tiny purple bow flakes inside. She picked one and shook it, watching white flakes swirl around the ribbon.
Encouraged, she continued experimenting with plants. But her peaceful life was about to change. One day, rumors spread, followed by soldiers and government officials. Plant Island was going to be destroyed. An official explained that this island wasn't the real Plant Kingdom, but an island created by two brothers who stole seeds and pretended to rule without the true Tree of Happiness.
A few days later, during a farewell celebration, the ground shook violently. The demolition had begun. Cata ran to the harbor and boarded a transport ship with other frightened residents. As the ships sailed away, Plant Island disappeared into the distance.
Eventually, land appeared. Before her stood an enormous continent—the true Plant Kingdom, divided into three major states: Plantlife, Planttopia, and Bountifulife, ruled by King Seth Jaydenson.
Reuniting with her friends Luna and Sarah, they entered Planttopia. Competition was fierce, and no one wanted inexperienced newcomers. Luna suggested begging, but Cata smiled softly, “Even if we have to start over… We can still build everything again.”
Separating to search alone, Cata eventually approached a passerby at night, asking for spare seeds. A young man with dark blue hair named Seth stopped, looked at her thoughtfully, and handed her a large burlap sack completely full of high-quality seeds. When he asked if she had a field, she said no. He simply said, “Come with me.”
He led her through the city to a magnificent estate surrounded by fertile soil, colorful flowerbeds, and rare trees. “From now on,” he said calmly, “this property belongs to you.” Cata stared at him in disbelief, but Seth insisted that he owned many properties and preferred giving them to people who genuinely needed a start.
Inside the luxurious villa, she explored every room, including an enormous wardrobe filled with elegant gowns and dresses. A note fell to the floor: “One day, this house will belong to a lovely girl. If she opens this closet and finds these dresses, she should know they are hers.” Cata changed into a dress and spun around happily.
The next morning, she woke up early, planted all of her seeds, designed new crafts, and sold her creations at local markets. Her name spread quickly across Planttopia.
Weeks passed, and Cata grew closer to Seth, discussing gardening, art, and dreams. One peaceful afternoon, someone knocked on the door. Standing outside were Luna and Sarah. Seeing the luxurious estate, the beautiful dress, and the enormous field, they were shocked—and beneath their smiles, jealousy quietly began to grow.
Sarah asked who gave her all of this. Cata smiled innocently, about to reveal the greatest blessing she had ever received, unaware that not everyone could celebrate someone else's happiness.
The truth about Cata’s new life bothered Luna and Sarah far more than they wanted to admit. Days passed, but their feelings only grew worse. One afternoon, the two girls sat together in a quiet corner of the city, feeding each other's jealousy without ever stopping to appreciate their own strengths or work toward their own dreams.
Meanwhile, on the peaceful side of Planttopia, Cata was busy enjoying her new beginning. Wandering through a community garden, she discovered a tree that produced plain hats. Using ribbons, fabric, thread, and beads, she transformed them into beautiful accessories. Needing to use up hat tree seeds, she spliced them with glass tree seeds. The next morning, she found a sparkling glass hat tree! After accidentally breaking one, she turned the remaining transparent hats upside down, painting some with colorful designs and filling them with fresh flowers. They became an instant sensation at the market, selling out completely by sunset.
Unfortunately, Luna and Sarah spotted Cata laughing with wealthy young aristocrats, including Paulina and Seth. Jealousy returned with a vengeance. Paulina playfully suggested Cata might be growing a money tree, and everyone laughed—except Luna and Sarah, whose envy transformed into an obsession.
A few days later, Luna visited Cata under the guise of an apology, seeking to make amends. While Seth and Paulina were visiting, Paulina soon left, feeling an uneasy distrust of Luna. Once alone, Luna subtly poisoned Seth's mind, suggesting that Cata was a gold-digger benefiting from his wealth. Though Cata protested, Luna's planted seeds of doubt took root in Seth's heart. Overwhelmed by insecurity, Seth quietly withdrew and drove away, leaving Cata heartbroken and alone beneath the evening sky.
As the massive front door swung open later, a stranger greeted her: “Seth? Oh, that guy. He left Planttopia right after hosting a huge giveaway. Said he wanted to leave everything behind and start a completely new life somewhere else. He literally handed me the deed to this house before he disappeared.” Cata’s heart dropped into a hollow, freezing void. Knowing Luna’s toxic words were to blame, she felt a wave of deep despair, but then her cosmic star powers reacted to her inner storm, replacing sadness with a bright current of absolute resolve. She would build an empire and prove what she could accomplish on her own.
Cata threw herself into her work, farming, cultivating, and experimenting with advanced seed-splicing methods. She turned her attic into a state-of-the-art workspace, and remembering her roots, she rescued poor local orphans, giving them fair pay, private living quarters, and their own fertile land to farm. She hired three exceptionally talented local girls, gifting them sparkling haute-couture dresses grown from living botanical trees. Her custom artwork and creations attracted elite art brokers, and with her soaring wealth, she eventually purchased an even larger, legendary mansion in the aristocratic district.
One crisp morning, Luna and Sarah arrived at her gates, but Paulina answered the door, telling them off. When Cata appeared at the top of the grand staircase wearing a breathtaking golden gown, corset, and custom-cut earrings—flanked by her three artisans—Luna and Sarah froze in shock. Luna stormed off in rage, while Sarah broke down, offering a deeply sincere apology. Cata forgave her, welcoming Sarah into her design house to heal their friendship.
When she turned eighteen, Cata enrolled in an elite academy for non-traditional students, condensing years of education into an intensive three-year program. Driven by a grander dream, she entered the medical field, meeting a legendary wolf-hybrid surgeon named Manhattan who became her mentor. Mastering complex medical sciences, she rose to become his primary surgical assistant and was eventually appointed as a specialized pediatrician, channeling her celestial star powers to help young children recover quickly. She built a close circle of trustworthy friends, including her closest confidante Alice Herbert, who moved into the grand estate.
Despite her happiness, a quiet ache remained for her lost sister Cato. One evening, inspecting her outer fields, she found a shattered glass tree at the exact spot of her old experiment. Holding a smooth, transparent piece shaped like a fractured half-heart, she whispered forgiveness to Cato wherever she might be. Soon after, a catastrophic crisis struck as the Wither Kingdom launched a surprise scorched-earth invasion. While Cata and Alice secured themselves inside, a legendary warrior arrived on the front lines and tore through the enemy forces: Cato Cuthbert.
Hearing the roaring cheers of the city, Cata raced down the grand staircase and rushed through the plaza. Their eyes met, and Cato dropped her weapons, sprinting forward to embrace her little sister in a tearful, joyful reunion. Uniting their legacies, they shared the grand palace and built the life that tragedy had stolen from them.
They lived in complete fulfillment in the spectacular year of 7112. Cata filled her garden with her favorite flowers: purple hibiscus for her creativity and purple tulips for her ambition. And remember, there are countless more cosmic adventures of Cata waiting to be discovered throughout the vast pages of her unfolding story.
